The Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and Demand Generation, plays a crucial role in the Marketing Communications team by optimizing our diverse martech stack and reporting. This person will oversee and optimize multiple marketing tools, including Marketo, Demandbase, Salesforce, and others. This position is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring high data quality, maintaining Salesforce dashboards, identifying trends in data, assisting the demand generation team in making data-driven decisions, and analyzing current workflows for areas to automate. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data cleanliness to ensure the integrity and reliability of our marketing data.
