Job summary

Figure is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We are seeking a Channel Account Executive to activate ISO and financing broker relationships and drive revenue in SMB real-estate secured finance using Figure HELOC.

This on-site NYC role focuses on managing partner pipelines, submitting opportunities, and delivering a best-in-class borrower experience, with 2–4 years in partner-facing finance and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience owning a revenue target in client- and/or partner-facing roles within the financial services space.
• Understanding of small business finance and broker/ISO dynamics.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM & analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO/broker partnerships and serve as primary day-to-day contact.
• Oversee the application pipeline and identify high-potential leads.
• Educate partners on Figure’s technology stack and online borrower flow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in ISO/funder activities.
• Support pipeline development and partner onboarding.
