Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Partnerships Account Manager to be the primary contact for key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech.

You will manage strategic relationships, track performance, translate data into recommendations, and guide partners through initiatives and integrations to drive growth. You will lead partner touchpoints, including QBRs, escalations, and roadmap discussions, while maintaining operational rigor and helping

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise customer success or account management experience.
• High technical aptitude with the ability to learn Figure’s applications and mortgage workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven success achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking and fintech.
• Track and interpret performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit and technical teams.
• Guide partners through integration, implementation and adoption initiatives.
• Lead QBRs and partner discussions tied to measurable outcomes.
• Act as trusted advisor for partner leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Support escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, expand use cases and revenue.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and clear partner documentation.
