Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a seasoned Head of Channel Marketing to lead the channel team and drive GTM strategy across partner accounts. You will own budgets, forecast demand, and collaborate with sales to meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced Excel skills, and extensive experience in retail/channel management to maximize market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in Retail (specifically with buying teams) and product management experience required.
• Previous Retailer Account experience and/or consumer electronics industry experience preferred
• Prior experience in a role requiring initiative and execution to drive business results
• Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel are required
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience with negotiations, leadership, and professional presentation skills
• Experience with financial analysis and simulation skills

Responsibilities

• Channel Managers will be sole owner of each account and accountable for all aspects of the business including supply chain, budgets, and GTM strategy
• Drive Sales/Revenue and contribute to managing profit
• Ensure competitive price positioning with accounts and partners
• Oversee merchandising execution and assortment/GTM strategy for accounts
• Attend customer meetings and follow up on action items
• Liaise with Product PM to align on strategy and execution
