Qualifications

• 4+ years of channel, partner, or alliance marketing experience.
• Experience with VAR/reseller ecosystems and tech alliance partners.
• AI-first mindset for scaling operations and content generation.
• Analytically minded and able to use funnel data for improvements.
• Hands-on MDF program management: policy, funds, reporting.
• Experience with deal registration and co-sell programs.
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage program.

Responsibilities

• Own channel and partner marketing strategy across VAR, distributor, and technology alliance ecosystem.
• Build relationships across key partner organizations to grow awareness and momentum.
• Build and execute partner campaigns and co-marketing programs with Field Marketing.
• Develop partner-facing enablement materials with Product Marketing.
• Manage MDF program: policy, partner fund requests, tracking, and compliance.
• Own recurring partner communications: monthly newsletter, updates, etc.
