Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley Region. You will collaborate with Rubrik's Field Sales, SE, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive partner initiatives and revenue growth.

You will lead enablement sessions, map target accounts, and foster strong relationships with partner decision-makers to secure strategic collaborations and accelerate deal flow across MI, OH, and KY

Qualifications

• Experience working with regional channel partners or distributors.
• Ability to plan quarterly and yearly sales activities.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities.
• Ability to identify, develop and acquire new partners.
• Proven track record of selling and closing deals with partners.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business in the region through strategic partner planning, enablement, and driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation.
• Lead enablement sessions to train partners' field sales/SE staff for self-sufficient partners.
• Build relationships with key partner decision-makers to secure strategic partnerships and partner-initiated deals.
