Job summary

Rubrik seeks a Channel Development Manager to build and manage relationships with regional and national channel partners across the Ohio Valley Region (MI, OH, KY). You will collaborate with Rubrik’s field sales, SE, channel marketing, and sales operations to drive revenue and partner initiatives.

You will drive partner enablement, plan quarterly activities, and coordinate with partners to qualify deals and accelerate sales while expanding market coverage in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience working with local regional channel partners or distributors.
• Ability to plan quarterly and yearly sales activities.
• Ability to implement marketing plans and coordinate marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Grow the channel business across the Ohio Valley Region through strategic partner planning and enablement.
• Drive sales acceleration and pipeline generation with partners and Rubrik field teams.
• Arrange account mappings with partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities.
• Train partner field sales/SE staff to ensure self-sufficient partners.
• Build strong relationships with key partners and decision makers to establish strategic partnerships.
