Job description

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Channel Development Manager to cultivate, nurture, and expand relationships across a warm, verified network of channel partners.

Unlike a standard cold outbound SDR role, you will work from a curated portfolio of established partner prospects known to have active client pipelines. Your mission is consistent relationship cultivation: staying top-of-mind, maintaining high-frequency touchpoints, and educating partners to position our solutions as their first choice for client referrals. This role offers a direct track toward full deal ownership and strategic channel management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Actively engage and manage a verified list of channel partners, focusing on consistent follow-up, trust-building, and long-term pipeline nurturing.
  • Proactive Engagement: Execute steady cadence of outreach (phone, email, and virtual meetings) to ensure our brand remains top-of-mind amidst competing market noise.
  • Pipeline Development: Follow up regularly on partner opportunities, quote requests, and joint customer prospects; facilitate discovery calls alongside senior sales leadership.
  • Partner Enablement: Coordinate educational sessions and webinars to keep partners informed and confident in positioning our services.
  • Field Networking: Attend select relationship-building events (partner lunches, networking outings, and industry events) approximately once per quarter.
  • Career Growth: Progress from initial partner enablement and meeting generation into managing and closing partner-led deals over time.
Qualifications
  • High Drive & Outreach Discipline: A tenacious, proactive work ethic with a genuine desire to pick up the phone and stay in frequent communication.
  • Relevant Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Account Management role. Prior channel experience is not required-hunger, follow-through, and relationship acumen matter most.
  • Long-Term Nurturing Skills: Demonstrated ability to build rapport, navigate multiple stakeholders, and sustain multi-touch relationships over extended cycles.
  • Strong Communication: Polished verbal and written communication skills suitable for collaborating with external executive partners and internal leadership.
