Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant analytics, sales, distribution, or commercial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Excel; exposure to Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
• Exposure to CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor sales, bookings, inventory, quoting activity, margins, and other key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, SAP, and other data sources.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations to support distribution strategy, pricing, inventory, and sales growth.
• Work directly with distributor partners to understand their business, customers, opportunities, inventory needs, and CDI support.
• Prepare for and participate in distributor business reviews, including performance reporting, opportunity pipelines, inventory discussions, and follow-up actions.
