Job summary

Amphenol CDI in Cerritos, CA, is seeking a Sales & Channel Analyst who will support the growth of the global distribution network through data analytics, commercial support, and partner engagement.

You will build dashboards with Power BI and Excel, analyze distributor sales, pricing, inventory, and demand, and translate findings into actions in collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of analytics, sales, distribution, or commercial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Excel; Power BI or similar visualization tools desirable.
• Exposure to CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP is a plus.
• Interest in developing analytical and customer-facing commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze distributor sales, bookings, inventory, and margins to identify trends and risks.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, SAP, and other data sources.
• Turn data into actionable insights to support distribution strategy and pricing.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to understand their business and opportunities.
• Prepare for distributor business reviews and follow-up actions.
• Support distributor pricing and annual pricing activities.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop relationships with distributor teams and participate in industry events.
• Look for ways to improve the distribution program and automate reporting.
