Ladders is seeking a Change Management Consultant for a remote role in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will support enterprise change initiatives, partnering with process owners, managers, and stakeholders to reduce resistance, strengthen adoption, and align change activities with project objectives.

The ideal candidate brings structure, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving to complex operational changes, enabling improved project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources
• Open-mindedness to explore new perspectives on existing solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills paired with an inquisitive mindset

For our client, we are seeking a Change Management Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. In this remote role, you will support enterprise change initiatives that improve how programs and projects are planned and delivered. You will partner with process owners, managers, and stakeholders to reduce resistance, strengthen adoption, and align change activities with overall project objectives. This position is well suited for someone who can bring structure, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving to complex operational changes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
