Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of relevant construction experience on complex projects.
• Proven experience with preparing, submitting, and defending change orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PMWeb or Clearstory preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control with budgets and forecasts.
• Generate weekly and monthly cost reports for client and leadership.
• Prepare detailed independent cost estimates using experience and standards.
• Quality control cost estimates and third-party proposals checking for irregularities.
• Assist in change management and price negotiations.
• Review drawings/specs to generate quantities and costs for contract modifications.
