Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of change order management, cost engineering, or contract administration.
• Experience with heavy civil, infrastructure, and vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, CMiC and cost-estimating tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of change orders from identification to execution.
• Analyze drawings, specs, RFIs, and revisions to determine scope impacts.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for change orders.
• Maintain change order logs and forecast budgets.
• Coordinate with PMs, estimators and field engineers.
