GForce Life Sciences in New York's Village of Tarrytown seeks a Consultant, Cost and Claims Analyst, Construction to support project controls, Unifier administration, and change order reviews for a campus expansion.

You will work with the Cost and Claims Manager and the Project Controls team to review change orders, assess contract compliance, and maintain the project risk register while guiding Unifier usage across the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Finance-related field.
• 10 years of experience in change order or claims support, or related areas.
• Familiarity with project controls platforms (Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, CMiC).
• Knowledge of construction management, change order processes, and contract documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support change order review and commercial processes with the Cost and Claims Manager.
• Track status, documentation completeness, and durations to ensure timely cost notifications and RFIs.
• Fine-tune change order workflows and Unifier usage with the project controls team.
• Verify contract terms against proposed changes and field-validate change orders.
• Maintain the project risk register and assess impacts on budget and contingency.
• Generate Unifier-based reports and assist with financial reporting and audits.
• Onboard and train project team members on Unifier and related processes.
