Job summary

GForce Life Sciences seeks a Consultant, Cost and Claims Analyst, Construction, to support change order reviews and cost control for a campus expansion project. You will work with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure timely documentation and pricing compliance.

The role requires deep knowledge of change order processes, field validation of rates and quantities, and proficiency with Unifier to generate reports and maintain logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Finance-related field.
• 10 years of experience in change order/claims support or related areas.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project controls/EPPM platform (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, CMiC).
• General knowledge of construction management, change order processes, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support change order review and vendor documentation.
• Assist Project Managers with the change order review and approval process, including tracking status and durations.
• Improve the change order process and Unifier usage within the project controls team.
• Confirm contract compliance related to change orders and pricing structures.
• Interface with Construction Managers and subcontractors on documentation requirements for Change Order proposals.
• Assist in maintenance of change order logs and related documentation.
