Job Summary:
As a Change Manager, you will collaborate directly with business leaders and key partners to apply The Standard’s people-centered change management methodology to help us adopt and sustain changes to processes, technologies and organizational structures that will deliver continuous improvement in customer value.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Change Management: Leverages The Standard’s structured change management methodology to lead and design a consistent change strategy to meet the unique needs of each change or transition. Owns the creation of practical deliverables related to change vision and strategy, aligning leaders, identifying key stakeholders, conducting impact analysis, change advocate strategy, resistance management strategy, learning needs analysis assessing change readiness, and identifying metrics to measure change effectiveness and ensure sustainability. Partners in developing learning plans, creating training materials, and delivering training as necessary, m odels change management best practices and engages in peer learning as well as coaching with other change practitioners in the Change Management Office.
Continuous Improvement: Invest in the continuous improvement of the change management office and change practice at the standard. Lead or participate in internal CMO workstreams with the expected outcome to support achieving quarterly CMO goals that positively impact enterprise change maturity . Support developing additional change management tools and templates, share best practices examples with CMO peers, and continue to grow your change management knowledge through external learning events, workshops, white papers, professional journals, and other forums.
Skills and Background You’ll Need:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development , Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other business-related degree preferred, substitute of 4+ additional years of directly applicable business experience accepted.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end change management supporting large scale organizational changes at medium to large companies, supporting lifecycle change initiatives in process, technology, culture, and organizational structure changes. (required)
Change Management Certification- CCMP, Kotter, 7-S, or Prosci ( required )
Consulting capabilities (preferred)
Agile and Lean experience (preferred)
M&A experienc e (preferred)
Insurance /financial services i ndustry experience (preferred)

Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$92,250.00 - $157,000.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
