We’re looking for a Change Manager to join our GTM Business Capabilities team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Operations Programs, you will be responsible for

  • Managing change impact assessments and readiness plans for GTM-owned initiatives
  • Partnering with cross functional teams to orchestrate impactful rollouts
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure frontline managers have resources to support team adoption
  • Supporting enablement content, training, and feedback loops for post-launch success
  • Tracking KPIs for adoption, engagement, and field feedback to optimize readiness

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years in change management, GTM enablement, or program management
  • Strong understanding of sales, partner, or post-sales workflows and personas
  • Experience partnering with Enablement, Communications, and IT teams
  • Proficiency with tools like WalkMe, Spekit, or Scribe, and project management skills
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with adoption metrics and KPI-driven approaches to change management
  • Experience creating structured post-launch feedback mechanisms to track impact
  • Passion for guiding organizations through effective change while improving usability

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$122,500$175,000 USD
