Looking for a Change Manager to lead a strategic program recovery and supports a high-impact internal initiative that is undergoing a shift in direction. We need a change expert to help re-establish clarity, rebuild alignment, and guide the organization through the transition.

Must Haves

• Strong experience in change management
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and solve complex issues
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing or recovering troubled projects
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Step in to assess and stabilize an in-flight franchising program
• Identify and resolve issues caused by underperforming third-party vendor
• Re-set expectations and re-align stakeholders on change strategy
• Lead internal efforts to bring the program in-house and drive it forward
• Ensure smooth communication and adoption across impacted teams
