Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience.
• 3+ years telephony or network operations experience; MS Office proficiency; inventory systems a plus.
• Strong work ethic; ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Change Maintenance requests and ensure processes are followed.
• Deconflict impact between maintenances to avoid unplanned outages.
• Notify end users of maintenance details and escalate as needed.
• Document discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate work with Field Operations, Outside Plant and NOC; assess impact.
• Participate in on-call rotation including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Monitor network and report maintenance successes and performance statistics.
• Verify terminology and documentation for each maintenance.
