Job summary

You will support analysis and tracking of change initiatives, helping user adoption through self-service tools and resources. You’ll report to the onsite manager and coordinate across leaders, the change network, and practitioners.

The role focuses on maintaining communications, tracking learning, and measuring engagement to ensure successful change outcomes for the business unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain change-management resources and utilize communications channels to provide updates on important business unit change initiatives.
• Use tools to track planning and completion of learning opportunities and training effectiveness.
• Use tools to measure and track employee engagement and interaction across collaboration tools and communications.
• Support the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user adoption.
