Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Change-Management Coordinator for a 10+ month contract in Palm Coast, FL. You will support analysis and tracking of change initiatives, helping user adoption through self-service tools and resources. You’ll report to the onsite manager and coordinate across leaders, the change network, and practitioners.

The role focuses on maintaining communications, tracking learning, and measuring engagement to ensure successful change outcomes for the business unit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

About the role:

We’re looking for a Change‑Management Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 10+ month contract assignment (W‑2). You will support the analysis and tracking of change management activities to help facilitate and guide user adoption. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.
