ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of enterprise-wide Workday HCM transformation initiatives in Columbus, OH.

You will drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness to ensure successful implementation of HR processes and new ways of working. The role collaborates with executives, HR teams, and project stakeholders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes, including communications, training, and readiness

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with Workday, HRIS, ERP, or large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or Kotter.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive coaching skills.
• Experience measuring readiness, adoption, utilization, and business outcomes through data and metrics.

Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of enterprise-wide Workday HCM transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, employee readiness, and organizational change to ensure successful implementation of new HR processes, technologies, and ways of working. The consultant will partner closely with executive leadership, HR teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting Workday HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Absence, or Payroll.
• Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, enterprise environments.
• Strong background in organizational readiness, manager enablement, and large-scale adoption programs.
