Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Change Management Consultant to guide federal clients through Workday implementations, helping align people, processes, and technology for transformative growth.

You will apply change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to support successful Workday adoption and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TS/SCI with a CI polygraph clearance; adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• THREE (3)+ years of change management experience in ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, equipping organizations with best-in-class enterprise solutions to support our clients’ mission and enable transformative growth.

As a Workday Change Management Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the organizational change journey associated with Workday implementations.

You’ll bring expertise in change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and communications to help federal clients adopt new ways of working. Your role will be pivotal in aligning people, processes, and technology to achieve successful outcomes and long-term value.

As a Workday Change Management Consultant, your project assignments and development activities may include:

• Applying a structured change management approach to create and implement strategies and communications, draft communication materials, facilitate sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and develop change management deliverables specific to a Workday implementation

• Supporting and leading the development of change management, communication, and adoption strategies

• Supporting the development of communication plans and collateral with a wide array of stakeholders

• Measuring the effectiveness of change strategies and activities

• Utilizing and aligning to Workday methodology and leading practices

• Preparing for and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)polygraph security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE TOP SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree

• THREE (3) or more years of change management experience in ERP implementation

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Prior Workday experience as subject matter expert and/or consultant

• Prosci, CCMP or other similar Change Management certification

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

• Strong writing, communication and project management skills

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to develop and cultivate relationships with internal team, clients, and other partners

• Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today

• Familiarity or experience working with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
