ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of enterprise-wide Workday HCM transformation initiatives in Columbus, OH.

You will drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and employee readiness to ensure successful implementation of HR processes and new ways of working. The role collaborates with executives, HR teams, and project stakeholders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes, including communications, training, and readiness

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience with Workday, HRIS, ERP, or large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or Kotter.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive coaching skills.
• Experience measuring readiness, adoption, utilization, and business outcomes through data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Workday HCM and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.
• Partner with executives, HR leaders, and project teams to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Create and deliver communications, training, coaching, and readiness programs to support adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics, manage resistance, and support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
