Job summary

Link Group is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational change across complex, international transformation programs in New York. You will combine structured project management with deep change expertise to enable adoption of new systems and processes.

You will drive readiness, engage stakeholders, and craft communications and training to sponsor lasting change across business lines and geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Change Manager or in a similar change management role within complex transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across international contexts.
• Proven track record of driving organizational readiness and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
