Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Change Management Process Architect – Associate II to design, orchestrate, and continuously improve end-to-end change approaches across Operations.

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in change management, release/governance, process design, and/or Operations within a complex organization.
- Experience managing issue/defect lifecycle, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and coordinating retest/verification.
- Strategic partner and trusted advisor with data-driven decision-making and risk mindset.
- Ability to remove process friction and implement scalable process/tooling enhancements.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
- Experience building communications and training plans for diverse end-user populations.
- Backlog management including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Good judgment and ability to elevate and drive timely resolution across teams.
- Proficiency with tracking/productivity tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint).
- Curiosity and comfort adopting new tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and run change management architecture across Operations (end-to-end lifecycle).
- Establish end-to-end issue/defect lifecycle controls with transparent status reporting.
- Own governance for change tooling ecosystem and reporting integrity.
- Coordinate operational readiness across people, process, controls, and runbooks.
- Identify and remove process friction; enable automation where appropriate.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions and communicate risks, plans, and decisions.
- Deliver communications and training plans; establish feedback loops for adoption.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging tech with governance and durability.
- Manage enhancement intake; translate needs into user stories and backlog items.
- Apply escalation discipline with data-driven decision materials.
- Define and report change governance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
