Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States seeks an experienced governance and risk professional to support the Governance, Strategy, Change, and Insights team within Asset & Wealth Management Controls. You will coordinate governance routines, prepare executive-ready materials, and drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen the control environment.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, synthesize risk themes, track actions, and advance continuous improvement across controls priorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in controls, audit, risk, governance, or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to prepare executive-ready materials and coordinate prep meetings.
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance frameworks and escalation protocols for BCC.
• Run committee cadence: agendas, logistics, SME coordination, content intake.
• Draft meeting materials, capture minutes, track actions to closure.
• Consolidate inputs from sub-LOB committees and surface themes.
• Support senior forums with accurate, consistent materials.
• Coordinate with business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and regulators.
• Synthesize risk/control metrics to support messaging and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline governance processes.
• Support management reporting on headcount and spend versus budget.
• Provide program/project management support for AWM Controls priorities.
