Job summary

Insight is seeking a Sr. Change Management Analyst in Chandler, AZ (hybrid). You will lead complex organizational transformations, apply advanced change management principles, and advise senior leaders to accelerate business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative adoption and engagement strategies that address complex organizational challenges and enable sustainable business transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive change impact, readiness, and stakeholder analyses, evaluating organizational, operational, process, technology, and cultural implications across global functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and recommendations to drive leadership alignment and sponsorship effectiveness.
