Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Change Management Analyst to drive large-scale, global transformation initiatives. You will design adoption strategies, conduct readiness and stakeholder analyses, and advise senior leaders to secure sponsorship.

Expertise with ERP HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle) is required. This hybrid role offers flexibility and opportunities to advance within a people-first organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management strategies for large-scale global transformation initiatives, applying advanced change management methodologies and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.
• Design and implement innovative adoption and engagement strategies that address complex organizational challenges and enable sustainable business transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive change impact, readiness, and stakeholder analyses, evaluating organizational, operational, process, technology, and cultural implications across global business functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executive sponsors, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and recommendations to drive leadership alignment and sponsorship effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and frameworks, with the ability to apply theory to innovative business solutions.
• Experience supporting major ERP, HRIS, or technology transformation programs, including Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
