Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Analyst, Change Management to support the successful adoption of new initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on developing and executing change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions for employees impacted by organizational changes.

Responsibilities include creating communications, coordinating training, and collaborating with leaders to align on change programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of change management or similar role.
• 1-3 years experience with ServiceNow.
• 1-3 years experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and resistance points.
• Collaborate with project teams and leaders to gather information and align on change initiatives.
• Create clear, concise communications for multiple audiences via email, intranet, and presentations.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for new processes and systems.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and gather feedback for improvement.
• Develop and maintain change management documentation and lessons learned.
• Support tracking and reporting of change adoption metrics.
