Job summary

Motion is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and operational initiatives by translating technical changes into business impact, with emphasis on field readiness and adoption.

Responsibilities include analyzing impacts, documenting workflows, creating training materials, delivering pilots, supporting UAT, and acting as first-line change support during Go-Live; requires bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, plus Prosci/ACMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Certification in Change Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, process, and role impacts from system and data conversions.
• Document current and future state workflows.
• Develop role-based communications and training.
• Support UAT, pilots, hyper care, stabilization.
• Deliver training and track readiness metrics.
• Act as first-line change support during Go-Live.
• Capture field feedback and elevate risks.
