Motion Industries is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and major operational initiatives. The role focuses on translating technical changes into clear business impacts, ensuring field readiness and adoption, and delivering role-based training.
Under limited supervision, you will document current and future workflows, identify adoption risks, and develop Go-Live messaging and training materials.
Underlimited supervision, the Business Process Analyst supports enterprise system conversions, acquisitions, and operational initiatives by translating technical and data changes into clear business impacts, effective communications, and role-based training. This role focuses on execution, field readiness, and adoption support.
Certification in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
