Job summary

UT Health San Antonio seeks a Change Management Lead to guide staff through organizational change tied to software implementations and upgrades. You will craft strategies, manage stakeholders, and ensure adoption through training, communications, and QA processes.

The role requires seven years in project/change management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Hybrid work option available in the San Antonio area with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Seven (7) years experience of project management, change management, process improvement, software quality assurance, training or communication experience is required.
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with project/functional managers, stakeholders, and sponsors to understand changes from software implementations and upgrades and applies change-management strategies.
• Develops and implements change-management plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Plans resource allocations to support the portfolio of projects.
• Facilitates change deployment through QA activities, training, and communications to minimize impact.
• Drives adoption and proficiency with changes affecting employees by effective change-management processes and tools.
• Manages according to a change-management framework and tracks metrics for project transitions to operations.
• Oversees resource allocations across multiple change efforts and directs activities.
• Supports communications design, stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, messaging, and logistics for deployment.
• Leads process improvements in change management using established and emerging technologies.
• Manages document repositories and knowledge delivery systems.
• Reviews metrics and conducts QA to monitor team performance.
• Develops team skills in producing user resources and training materials.
