The United States Golf Association (USGA) is inviting interns to support championship hospitality during the 2027 U.S. Open at Pebble Beach and the 2027 U.S. Women’s Open at Inverness Club.

You will help manage venues, assist clients, and troubleshoot operational needs while representing the USGA with professionalism. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in sports hospitality, exposure to multiple departments, housing provided at championship locations, and potential travel between

Qualifications

• Undergrad students preferred.
• Able to lift heavy items while practicing Safe Lifting.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time (12+ hours).
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to take initiative and effectively execute directions.
• Collaborative, high energy, and spirited.
• Creative thinker and problem-solver.
• Interest in hospitality sales and or service.

Responsabilités

• Support pre-Championship setup, including venue readiness and client load-in.
• Assist during Championship Week with hospitality operations, access control, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
• Aid post-Championship close-out and material organization.
• Perform hands-on tasks to ensure a first-class hospitality experience.
