Academy Soccer Coach

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. Responsibilities include:

1. Coaching daily/weekly sessions for players aged 2-16 years old
2. Maintaining logbooks to track hours and sessions
3. Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
4. Communicating with parents and players within our registration programs
5. Following your schedule and adapting to changes due to weather conditions

Compensation

$20-$35 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Location

Field sessions can be anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home

Times

Sessions are scheduled in the evenings from Monday to Friday and during the day on weekends
