Owned and operated by experienced soccer professionals, our team across 13 offices and 150 full-time staff provides a comprehensive range of services and products, including:

Academy Coach Role

This staff member will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players, following the Challenger curriculum. The role involves working Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coaching sessions to players of different ages
• Maintain logbooks to track hours and sessions
• Use Challenger software to prepare online session plans
• Communicate effectively with parents and players within registration programs
• Follow and adapt schedules based on weather or other changes

Location

Field sessions can take place anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home.

Requirements

Comfort working with children of all age groups.

Own transportation is required.

Must pass a rigorous background check.

Additional Notes

Locations vary across the country, and daily routines may differ slightly depending on your specific work site.

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour

The Challenger Soccer Academy offers year-round professional coaching for recreation and competitive teams aged 5-18.
