Job description

Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is Tiny Tykes?

Tiny Tykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn basic soccer skills through fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 minutes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer and child development professionals, introduces young players to soccer fundamentals while developing motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation:

$20 - $30 per class, based on experience, plus bonus schemes. Classes typically last 45-60 minutes.

Additional Information:

• Classes run Monday through Sunday, back-to-back, at preschools and sports complexes.
• Coaches are provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum.

What is the Soccer Academy?

Professional year-round coaching for recreation and competitive players aged 5-18.

• Mentor and support coaching staff.
• Deliver coach clinics and education.
• Serve as a positive role model with ongoing feedback to players, parents, and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Compensation:

Weekly pay based on hours worked, with a consistent schedule over 6-10 weeks.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of current first aid procedures.

• Playing or coaching experience preferred.
