Academy Soccer Coach

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players while following a set Challenger curriculum. The main responsibilities include:

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions for players aged 2-16 years
• Maintaining logbooks to track hours and sessions
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communicating with parents and players within our registration programs
• Following your schedule and adapting to changes due to weather conditions

Compensation

$20-$35 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Location

Field sessions can be conducted anywhere within a 1-hour radius of your home

Requirements

• Comfortable working with children of all age groups
• Must pass a rigorous background check
• Own transportation is required for most positions
• Legal work authorization in the USA is necessary
