Academy Soccer Coach

Owned and operated by some of the most experienced soccer professionals in the country, our team across 9 offices and 100 full-time staff provides a comprehensive range of soccer services and products.

Academy Coach Role

Staff members will deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players following the Challenger curriculum. Main responsibilities include:

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players aged 2-16 years
• Maintaining logbooks to track hours and sessions
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans
• Communicating with parents and players within our registration programs
• Following and adapting schedules as needed based on weather conditions

Compensation

$20-$35 gross per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Location

Sessions can be held within a 1-hour radius of your home

Session Timing

Sessions are scheduled in the evenings (Monday-Friday) and during the day on weekends

Requirements

• Comfortable working with children of all age groups
• Passing a rigorous background check
• Owning transportation, as most positions require it
• Legal authorization to work in the USA
