Job Description: Soccer Coach

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coaches for our Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is Tiny Tykes?

Tiny Tykes introduces children aged 2-6 to soccer through fun games and stories in weekly 45-minute classes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer and child development professionals, helps develop basic soccer skills as well as motor, social, and psychological skills.

Class Details:

• Classes run daily, lasting 45-60 minutes, at preschools and sports complexes.
• Coaches are provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and curriculum. Flexible part-time hours are available.

What is the Soccer Academy?

Professional, year-round coaching for recreation and competitive players aged 5-18. Coaches will mentor staff, deliver clinics, provide feedback, and serve as ambassadors for Challenger Sports.

Compensation:

Weekly pay based on hours worked, with a consistent schedule over 6-10 weeks.

Requirements:

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to apply
• Knowledge of current first aid procedures
• Personable, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• Playing or coaching experience preferred
• Valid work authorization
