For our client, we are seeking a Chairman Programs Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will shape and drive high-impact strategic programs that translate broad leadership priorities into clear, executable workstreams. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined execution, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Success will depend on influencing stakeholders without direct authority and creating alignment across teams and external partners. Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 annually
