Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a Chain Accounts Manager to oversee chain accounts for our Johnson Wine and Spirits and Vintage divisions. You will lead a team of Chain Managers and Merchandisers, developing sales plans with suppliers and driving brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four or more years related experience, preferably management in beverage distribution.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and present to managers and customers.
• Experience leading teams and developing sales plans for chain accounts.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to suppliers through chain accounts sales, marketing plans and initiatives.
• Lead and educate Chain Managers to heighten brand awareness and growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with chain accounts and evaluate performance.
• Set team goals, define growth strategies, and resolve chain issues with buyers.
• Provide leadership and motivate team to execute on programs and forecasts.
• Present chain strategies and discuss issues at team meetings.
• Develop sales forecasts and schedule product delivery timelines.
• Assist in pricing planning and product display/pricing decisions.
