Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Chain Accounts Manager to oversee chain accounts for Johnson Wine and Spirits and Vintage divisions. You will lead and develop a team of Chain Managers and Merchandisers, drive growth through strategic plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, educating teams, managing forecasts, pricing coordination, and ensuring timely product delivery while building strong relationships with chain buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience, preferably management within alcoholic beverage wholesaler/supplier.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports and present information to groups of managers, clients and customers.
• Strong math skills to handle discounts, percentages, and commissions and apply basic algebra/geometry concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to suppliers through development of chain accounts sales and marketing plans.
• Lead and educate Chain Managers to heighten brand awareness and drive growth.
• Maintain grow relationships with chain accounts and evaluate performance with metrics.
• Set goals and objectives for the team, develop growth strategies and coordinate with buyers for chain issues.
• Provide leadership, develop programs, and motivate team to execute on set programs.
• Present chain strategies, discuss issues and updates at team meetings.
• Develop sales forecasts and schedule product delivery timelines.
• Assist in planning pricing and delivery; participate in product display design and pricing.
