Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist/Field Application Specialist to drive adoption of CGT Technologies. The role involves pre-sale demonstrations, post-sale implementation, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support across the customer lifecycle.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet revenue objectives. Based in Boston or Houston, the role offers a salary range of $80,000-$90,000, with a bonus target of 6%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, biotechnology, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or related field.
• Hands-on cell culture, cell processing, or cell therapy manufacturing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable delivering customer training, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and public speaking engagements.

Responsibilities

• Owns customer application support for the CGT Technologies portfolio within assigned territory.
• Maintains working knowledge of the CGT Technologies portfolio.
• Collects and assesses customer unit operation requirements and designs customized protocols with assistance from internal subject-matter experts.
• Plans and conducts pre-sale demonstrations at customer sites, including experimental design, logistics, execution, data collection, and communication of results.
• Leads post-sale implementations by aligning customer performance expectations with protocol design, planning and delivering training, and supporting customers through testing, data review, and optimization.
• Leads troubleshooting activities by collecting relevant information, coordinating technical analysis, and communicating conclusions and actions to customers.
• Maintains current knowledge of customers' manufacturing processes, product applications, implementation status, technical issues, and planned changes.
• Partners with Account Executive to provide application support to achieve annual objectives related to customer acquisition, utilization, retention, growth, and revenue.
• Documents customer activities, protocols, product feedback, training, troubleshooting, and decisions in CRM and other systems.
• Builds strong customer relationships and collaborates with internal stakeholders.
• Represents the company at meetings, conferences, and events.
• Travels as required to support customers and business objectives.
