RTX is seeking a Financial Manager to lead a team of analysts overseeing capacitization investments exceeding $10B. The role requires strong EVMS experience, program controls, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, contracts, and operations.

You will partner with the CGO Finance Director to shape the long-range financial outlook and drive strategic decisions that enable accelerated production and tangible financial benefits for stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; 7+ years with advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with EVMS, program controls, and/or cost/schedule integration.
• Experience interfacing with engineering, supply chain, contracts, operations, quality, and government customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage analysts and coordinate CGO EVMS submissions and LREs.
• Analyze capacitization EV metrics and provide guidance to CGO leadership.
• Collaborate with CGO Finance Director on long-range financial outlook.
• Support strategic decision making to accelerate production and deliver financial benefits.
