Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support the Capacity Growth Office and manage munitions acceleration investment metrics. You will collaborate with CGO and program finance teams to deliver consistent financial outlooks and compliant accounting treatment.

The role requires a strong FP&A background, experience with AOP/LRP processes, and the ability to drive monthly forecasts while seeking process improvements. Hybrid US-based position with security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance with FP&A or Cost Controls experience.
• Experience with capital expenditures, EACs, AOP and LRP processes expected.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to produce management reports.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities for munitions acceleration investments.
• Coordinate indirect expense forecasting and EACs with owners.
• Support CGO capital projects budgeting and long-range planning.
• Maintain monthly FP&A deliverables and reporting cadence.
• Develop monthly forecasts and align with program finance partners.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers and risks.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
