RTX seeks a senior finance professional in a hybrid U.S. role (Massachusetts) to lead financial strategy and execution. You will drive EV/EAC analytics, long-range and annual planning, and capital investment analysis, aligning proposals with financial forecasts.

You will brief senior leaders, coordinate cross-functional information, and oversee a team of analysts, developing talent and ensuring on-time delivery of financial insights across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in finance or business; or an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience with estimates at completion (EACs) or similar processes.
• Experience with earned value (EV) reporting.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, MS Analysis for Office, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial strategy and execution.
• Brief senior leaders on program and capture execution status.
• Lead development and analysis of key financial data and metrics to aid decision making.
• Drive alignment between proposals, EV, estimates at complete, and financial plans and forecasts.
• Lead a team of analysts, with mentoring and day-to-day supervision.
