Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec North America is hiring a warehouse associate in Gaithersburg, MD to perform receiving, material handling, labeling, packing, and shipping within a cGMP/GDP environment. You will operate Powered Industrial Trucks, use SAP and RF systems, and support inventory counts while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in regulated cGMP material management environment.
• Basic SAP operating experience; able to navigate ERP and RF systems.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs; work in 2–8 C and -20 C environments.
• Safety-conscious with PPE use and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and train others in Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) including electric pallet jacks and turret trucks.
• Perform transactions using ERP (SAP) and RF systems with first-level troubleshooting.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify documentation and enter data in ERP per GDP.
• Label, stage, and store materials in warehouse locations, including cold storage, per cGMP and safety protocols.
• Pick, pack, prepare, and ship orders, including hazardous and biological materials, per SOPs.
• Support CDMO operations with reservation fulfillment; transport materials across site per cGMP.
• Assist with daily/weekly inventory cycle counts; maintain accurate material tracking.
• Deliver materials to internal teams with documented movements per GDP.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, GDP; suggest minor process improvements.
• Support deviation investigations.
• Use shipping software to prepare outbound shipments; maintain related documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas as per cGMP.
