Job summary

PolyPeptide US in Torrance is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate (Temporary) to support inventory control and material handling in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

In this role you will receive, inspect, log inbound shipments, store and dispense materials, prepare samples for QC, and assist with shipping finished products. The position requires 1–2 years of related warehouse experience and a High School Diploma; an Associate Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate Degree in Applied Science (Chemistry, Biology, or related field) preferred.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse, lab, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments.
• Verify quantities, documentation, and material condition.
• Store and dispense raw materials, reagents, and solvents for production.
• Prepare samples and documentation for QC testing.
• Maintain inventory records, labels, and certificates.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with shipping finished products to customers.
• Collaborate with team leads and cross‑functional partners.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
