Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 1–4 years relevant experience in operations.
• Experience in GMP, FDA, or ISO 13485 environments.
• IATA DG certification desirable.
• Experience with inbound and outbound shipments.
• Proficient in ERP systems and quality systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and check materials against PO.
• Label and store incoming materials.
• Rotate inventory per FIFO and expiry.
• Perform routine cycle counts.
• Enter data and maintain records per GMP/quality systems.
• Maintain KanBans and clean work area.
• Collaborate across departments to meet ISO/FDA requirements.
• Process weekly UN1845/UN3373 shipments.
• Other duties as assigned.
